Delete account
Request permanent deletion of your SmartPalle grocery customer account. You can also delete from the app under Profile → Settings → Delete account.
What happens when you delete
- Login is deactivated; you cannot sign in with this phone.
- Name, phone, email, addresses, and profile photo are removed or anonymized.
- Grocery order history may be kept in limited/anonymized form for shops, accounting, and legal requirements.
