This Privacy Policy explains how SmartPalle (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the SmartPalle grocery ecommerce website and mobile app. SmartPalle is a grocery shopping and home-delivery service. The SmartPalle application was developed by Inficrux AI Solutions LLP as a technology provider. Inficrux AI Solutions LLP does not operate the SmartPalle grocery business, does not control day-to-day grocery operations, and is not the operator of customer accounts or orders. By using SmartPalle, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Developer and Operator
Developer: Inficrux AI Solutions LLP designed and developed the SmartPalle software (website and mobile app). Operator: SmartPalle (the grocery ecommerce service) is operated independently of Inficrux AI Solutions LLP. Privacy questions about your grocery account, orders, delivery, or personal data should be directed to SmartPalle support. Technical development inquiries related to the software may be directed to Inficrux AI Solutions LLP.
Scope of Our Service
SmartPalle currently operates as a grocery ecommerce platform. Customers can browse grocery categories and products, place orders from partner shops, and receive grocery items at their delivery address. This policy applies to personal information collected through the SmartPalle website, mobile app, and related customer support channels for grocery shopping.

We may collect: (1) Account details such as name, phone number, email, and profile photo; (2) Delivery details such as address, landmark, city, and pincode; (3) Order information such as grocery items purchased, quantities, prices, payment method (for example COD), and order status; (4) Device and usage information needed to keep the app secure and improve shopping experience; and (5) Messages you send to support about your grocery orders.

Inficrux AI Solutions LLP, as the app developer only, does not use SmartPalle customer data to operate the grocery business.

SmartPalle’s grocery ecommerce service is intended for users who can form a binding contract under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of creating shopping accounts. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact SmartPalle support and appropriate steps will be taken.
Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of eligible data, or information about how your grocery order data is processed. You can delete your SmartPalle grocery account anytime from the mobile app under Profile → Settings → Delete account, or on the web at https://smartpalle.com/delete-account. You may also contact SmartPalle support using the details below for privacy requests.
Account Deletion
When you delete your account in the app or via https://smartpalle.com/delete-account, we deactivate your login, remove or anonymize personal details (such as name, phone, email, addresses, and profile photo), and stop push notifications. Grocery order history may be retained in anonymized or limited form for shops, delivery operations, accounting, and legal requirements. After deletion you will no longer be able to sign in with that account.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the SmartPalle grocery ecommerce service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of SmartPalle after changes means you accept the updated policy.
